Unpaid Item Policy Update
eBay has updated and clarified its unpaid item policy, confirming that buyers must pay within four calendar days of committing to a purchase, and that sellers can cancel an order and record an unpaid cancellation on the buyer's account if payment is not received within that window. From 15 September 2026, eBay is automatically enrolling Parts and Accessories sellers in Fitment Plus Auto, a feature that adds compatible vehicle information to eligible listings using brand and Manufacturer Part Number data.
