Amazon Launches Multichannel Tools for eBay, Shopify and TikTok

Amazon has unveiled new Multichannel Selling Tools inside Seller Central, letting sellers connect their eBay, Shopify, TikTok Shop and Walmart accounts and manage listings, orders and profitability across all of them in one place. Update a product description once and it is reformatted and pushed to every connected channel.

It is free and genuinely useful, but it is also Amazon’s clearest move yet to become the operating system for multichannel sellers. We look at the benefits, the risks of running everything through one marketplace, and when UK sellers can expect it.

Gumtree Launches Pay and Collect for Items Under £250

Buyers on Gumtree can now pay online for eligible items under £250 before collecting them in person. The item is reserved once paid, the buyer inspects it on collection, and the seller is paid as soon as the buyer confirms with a six-digit code.

For local sellers, that means more committed buyers, fewer no-shows and no cash handling. Existing listings need to be edited to turn the option on, so it is worth checking your account once the feature reaches you.

Wayfair and Pinterest used a year of UK search data to identify two rising interiors trends, built product collections around them, and saw a measurable lift in sales. Some of the search terms behind those trends grew by several hundred percent year on year.
