At Sellertivity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As our products are digital downloads, our returns policy differs from that of physical goods.

Digital Products

All products sold on Sellertivity are delivered digitally and are available for immediate download after purchase.

Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to accept returns once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

Refunds

If you experience any issues with your purchase, we'll do our best to help.

Refunds may be considered in circumstances such as:

• You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
• You are unable to access or download your files.
• The product is faulty or significantly different from its description.
• Another genuine issue where a refund is appropriate.

Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
