eBay Launches Paid Account Management Services to Help Sellers Scale with Expert Support
eBay has launched a new paid account management programme designed to give sellers the expert support and tools needed to scale their businesses with confidence. The service offers two tiers: Account Management Plus at £399 per month (excl. VAT) and Account Management Premium at £599 per month (excl. VAT). Both packages include a dedicated account manager, general or enhanced reporting, and premium concierge service, with the Premium tier adding hands-on advertising support where specialists manage campaigns on behalf of sellers.
The programme requires a minimum three-month commitment and is aimed at sellers under $3M GMV who want personalised guidance on listing optimisation, marketing tools, and business development planning. Account managers work one-to-one with sellers to create tailored strategies, help maximise the effectiveness of coded coupons and Promoted Listings campaigns, and provide priority support on selling queries. For sellers enrolled in the Premium tier, advertising specialists take complete control of campaign creation, bid management, and optimisation to maximise performance within the seller's chosen daily budget.
Places are limited to ensure quality support, and sellers must maintain at least Above Standard status to remain eligible. The service is eBay-managed and seller-first, designed to help businesses grow faster without the usual operational overwhelm. Sellers can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel after the initial commitment period with one month's notice. For marketplace sellers looking to scale systematically with expert guidance rather than trial and error, this represents a significant shift in how platforms like eBay support their professional sellers, similar to the managed services approach seen on Amazon and other major platforms.
